If you have installed a previous version of Title Loan Professional PLUS on your computer you may see this dialog asking whether to overwrite the previous installation.
Overwriting the installation is generally not recommended, unless you are absolutely sure that you have a good backup of the database. Backing up the database is covered later in this help file.
